The advancement of power electronics technology has driven the development of power technology,and the improvement of power technology has made the power industry have a place in the industrial field.So far,power has become a very important basic technology and industry.In recent decades,with the development of science and technology and the increasement of electrical equipment,the power industry has received more and more attention.In the vehicle power supply,it is required to diversify the power supply and control the refinement.With the advent of the information age,the vehicle power supply will be intelligent and networked.Therefore,it is necessary to design a more intelligent and accurate control system to ensure the vehicle power supply stable and reliable.The integrated power control system is applied to convert power and monitor power for the vehicle electronic equipment of the communication command vehicle in this paper.As the core of the whole control system,the STM32 processor selects the input source of the system and distributes the power,and connects the power box and the upper computer to realize the intelligence.The processor first detects the input source and selects the power supply scheme according to the priority of the input source to ensures that the bus voltage of the system is DC48 V,then the DC-DC module and the inverter module,and the AC voltage regulator module are used to convert the power because of the different power consumption devices.The integrated power supply could communicate with the computer,and can monitor,display and turn off power input and output by designing the graphical user interface(GUI)of the upper computer and displaying panel.For various faults or abnormal situations,prompts and alarms are given to the host and the upper computer respectively,and the protection measures are automatically taken in time.Considering the subsequent software upgrade,the IAP function is also designed in the software part to make the whole system more flexible.After completing the physical production and software writing,the system was jointly adjusted,and the test results were analyzed,and the actual problems were solved one by one to make the system safe and reliable.On the basis of the traditional vehicle power supply,the integrated power supply realizes intelligence and ensures the stability and reliability of the power supply system.
