The Modeling And Simulation On Oil Separation System Of Ship And Its Control Unit

With the development of science and technology,marine shipping has also been developing,it puts more demand on the technical abilities of equipment operation to ship management personnel.Oil purifier simulation system is an important part of marine power plant.Strengthening the crew’s operation of the oil purifier system is essential to ensure the navigation safe of the ship.IMO has listed the marine simulation trainer as a compulsory item for the crew training examinations in STCW.But in marine simulation trainer both at home and abroad,the model of oil purifier system is too simplified,can’t set more complex faults,and can’t meet the deeper fault judgment.Therefore,it is essential to design a set of oil purifier simulation training system that can accurately simulate the actual ship dynamic process,can set faults,and meet crew training and test requirements.The paper combines the requirements of the laboratory construction of intelligent test question for crew examination-marine engine simulation platform,a container ship as a mother-type,designing oil purifier simulation system.According to the structure and principle of oil purifier,the model of the oil purifier system is established by the modular modeling method,mainly including oil purifier model,network model and EPC50 control model.Then it is realized by C programming language to write model program,and simulation of oil purifier system.Then the simulation phenomenon is compared with the real ship phenomenon to verify the accuracy of the model.According to oil purifier system layout of actual ship,the marine oil purifier simulation system interface is designed by VC++.The oil purifier system structure of actual ship and the real working process will be reproduced through simulation.Use the question editor to write operation training and troubleshooting problem,and apply it to the intelligent examination system,which meets the requirements of crew training and examination.
