As a basic energy source,electric energy plays an irreplaceable role in social development.However,since electric energy is an intangible asset,the specific amount of use must be measured by an electric energy meter,and economic interests drive some people to embark on the road of stealing electricity.Stealing electricity not only caused the loss of state-owned assets,but also increased the cost of power supply.In order to avoid power inspection,the thief seriously did not meet the safety standards,leaving a lot of fire and electric shock hidden dangers,endangering the personal and property safety of the people.In the long-term game of stealing electricity and anti-stealing,the power thief has been suppressed to a certain extent under the massive investment of power grid enterprises.However,the inspection power was slightly relaxed,and the tampering situation was revived,and even further developed.At present,the main responsibility of anti-stealing and prevention is the power user information collection system.With the increase of the coverage rate,it provides strong support for anti-stealing work,and to a certain extent,it has curbed the deterioration of the power stealing situation.However,in the long-term application of the system,the thief is gradually adapting to the monitoring method of the acquisition system,and the tampering method is targeted to change,and the tampering method that is not easy to be judged by the system is popular again.Therefore,the anti-stealing monitoring system established only by relying on the single system of the electric collecting system can not meet the actual needs of the site,and a new anti-stealing system is urgently needed to make up for the easily targeted characteristics.According to the five types of electricity theft,this paper analyzes the current stealing method and finds that the shunting method that is difficult to be judged by the acquisition system is in the mainstream position,and it is more concealed and specialized.Even if the data of the acquisition system is deeply mined and analyzed,it is still easy to cause false positives and cannot effectively lock the users.By analyzing the functions of marketing system,acquisition system,power distribution SCADA system and IoT load monitoring device,combined with the advantages of each system in anti-stealing,multi-system cooperation for data sharing will effectively improve the anti-stealing prevention and control system.Reliability and precision.According to the idea of multi-system data fusion and complementation,this paper constructs a set of practical anti-stealing and anti-control technical solutions.By mining the data of multiple systems,the users with large deviation values are screened for on-site inspection and anti-detection capability.Strong stubborn power stealing molecules are equipped with integrated high-voltage energy meter and transformer secondary loop state inspection instrument for key monitoring,and achieved remarkable results.
