In order to promote the optimal allocation of energy resources and the ability of power grid to accept clean energy,the intelligent transformation of traditional power grid has become an inevitable choice to promote social and economic development in our country.However,with the extensive application of intelligent substation,the operation and maintenance level of intelligent station is not balanced with its rapid development.Because of the great difference between the secondary equipment in the substation and the traditional station,the operation,maintenance and protection operators do not have relatively advanced and mature operation and maintenance experience,which leads to the great problems in the understanding and operation of the soft pressure plate of the secondary equipment,and the phenomenon of misoperation often occurs,and the serious cases can cause a large area power outage.This paper combs and summarizes the intelligent substation at home and abroad.On the basis of the research status of station sequence control,the development and application of sequential control function of secondary equipment in intelligent substation are studied deeply.The main work contents are as follows:(1)In-depth understanding of the current intelligent substation secondary equipment operation status.This paper first expounds the research background of the transformation from the traditional power grid to the strong intelligent power grid and the significance of developing the sequential control function of the secondary equipment of the intelligent substation.Secondly,it combs and summarizes the research status of the secondary system and sequential control technology of the intelligent substation at home and abroad step by step,and points out that the current secondary equipment of the intelligent station lacks the scheme which can realize the sequential control technology.(2)The sequential control technology of secondary equipment is analyzed.Starting with the problems found in the operation and maintenance of 220kV Huimin substation,this paper puts forward a solution to the development of secondary equipment sequence control software,and then,from the secondary equipment characteristics of intelligent substation,expounds the difference between intelligent substation and traditional substation,explains the importance of secondary equipment sequence control,and then deeply introduces what is sequential control technology This paper expounds that the sequential control of secondary equipment is the operation control of soft pressure plate of secondary equipment,explains the inevitable trend of developing sequential control technology,and then selects a more suitable intelligent substation based on the comparison.The centralized sequential control scheme of background monitoring system is carried out.Finally,nine problems that should be paid attention to in the use of intelligent substation secondary equipment sequential control technology are analyzed to ensure that the work can meet the requirements of the relevant systems and avoid accidents that affect the normal operation of the system.The requirements and objectives for the subsequent development and application of secondary equipment sequential control are clarified.(3)This paper introduces the development of sequence control function of secondary equipment in intelligent substation.First,the secondary equipment is set with 5 states:"All in","Simple exit","Exit All","Simple Isolation" and "All Isolation",and then the judgment basis of soft pressing plate set in each state is set to ensure that the background monitoring system can accurately identify the secondary equipment status for execution of commands.Then,according to the actual work and safety requirements,the protection device is set with 4 working commands and 4 recovery commands respectively,the merging unit is set with 2 working commands and 2 recovery commands respectively,and the execution logic of each command is combed.Finally,in order to ensure that the sequence control function can correctly execute the command during the software logic execution,the function setting and program language setting of the background monitoring system software are improved.(4)The realization and application of sequence control function of secondary equipment.First,cooperate with the manufacturer of the background monitoring system to develop the software of this function,and then use the background monitoring system test protection device to execute 8 operation commands and recovery commands in each state.The system can automatically compare the current pressing plate startup and exit state with the review and approval and import it into the corresponding state soft platen set of the system for automatic inspection and comparison.In case of any abnormality,the operation is stopped and prompt the specified pressing plate status error.At the same time,the countermeasures under the two sets of line protection devices are configured with reclosing.Finally,the positive logic of the sequence control function is verified through the application example of the secondary equipment.Accuracy lays a solid foundation for the next step of applying the sequence control function of secondary equipment to the operation substation.The development of the sequence control function of the secondary equipment can ensure that the safe operation of the soft pressure plate in the station can be effectively implemented,avoid the occurrence of man-made operation accidents caused by negligence and other reasons,control the operation and inspection of the secondary equipment in the substation through the standard process that has been audited and solidified,at the same time,greatly simplify the operation flow of the operation and inspection personnel,and reduce the learning and operation difficulty of the operation and inspection personnel.It greatly improves the stable operation ability of intelligent substation,reduces the occurrence of relay protection misoperation and rejection,enhances the reliability and security of secondary equipment operation and maintenance of intelligent substation,and has high practical engineering application.Value.
