With the continuous progress of society,environmental issues have become an important concern in worldwide,and energy development has become a research hotspot.With the development of society,people consume a lot of fossil energy,so clean energy will be one of the best choice in energy consumption.Clean energy such as wind power and photovoltaic power(PV power)in power system can effectively reduce the consumption of fossil energy,which provides a good scheme for the structural reform of energy.However,the instability and uncertainty characteristics of clean energy brings challenges to power grid operation,and economic dispatch.Therefore,it is necessary to research the economic dispatch strategy considering wind power reserve provision ability.In this paper,combined with the operation characteristics of power system and the cost characteristics of wind power in grid-connected status,an economic dispatching model for wind power supply reserve is built to provide standby reserve support.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,traditional economic dispatch model is analyzed.Then,based on the static standby scheme in traditional standby economic dispatch,dynamic standby,reliability index,operation cost and social and economic loss caused by inadequate standby are added.The actual situation of power system operation is taken as a constraint condition,so the economic dispatching model constructed is closer to the actual operation of power system.Common economic dispatching models and computer theory are analyzed to provide theoretical support for this model and example analysis.Secondly,the economic dispatching model considering the standby of wind power supply is constructed,and the active feedback response regulation mechanism is adopted.Aiming at the economic operation of the whole power system,the up-and-down factors and the rate factor of demand response are introduced,in order to meet the demand between the economic ideal economic dispatching operation and the response speed.Finally,the model is deduced and solved,so that the transformed model can be directly applied to the power system.Because of the complexity of power system operation,the model built in order to be close to reality,therefore,contains complex integration terms and interval solving problems.The normal distribution function is used to solve the model.Then,the power system of eight units is taken as an example to calculate the cost impact of different influence factors on the operation of the system.Based on the calculation results,the economic dispatch is analyzed under the premise of constraints.The validity of the model is verified.
