As the basic resource of national economy and people's livelihood,electric power is of great importance to the normal operation of the national social system and the daily life of the people.Especially in modern society,the electric power system is the nerve hub and source of power for economic operations.The whole society will face the risk of paralysis if the power construction is backward.For this reason,the infrastructure construction of power system has always been the main aspect of government financial expenditure.Obviously,the construction of international electric power projects has become an important area of competition for construction enterprises in various countries.With the increasingly fierce competition,construction enterprises often obtain competitive advantages at the expense of reducing the project bidding price at the expense of the project profit space.How to get the ideal income under the lower and lower project budget is an urgent problem for construction enterprises.Cost management as an important part of project management,its level of management directly determines the benefits of the project.Based on the above practical needs,how to strengthen the project cost management is very important for the survival and development of enterprises and projects.Based on this,this paper takes Cambodia transmission line construction EPC project as an example to study the cost of power engineering construction project,and to discuss the cost management of engineering construction project.This article will take "concept definition-theoretical guidance-current situation investigation-problem summary-scheme improvement-effect evaluation" as the logical thinking to discuss.The first part,The introduction.This chapter combs the development history of project cost management in detail,and summarizes the related research literature of construction project cost at home and abroad.Finally,this paper designs the main ideas and contents,and summarizes the possible innovations and shortcomings.This part is the framework of this paper.The second part,The theoretical basis.This chapter mainly elaborates the related concepts of project cost management,combs the process and content of bidding management of construction projects,and summarizes the basic principles of project cost management.This part provides theoretical support for the full text.The third part,Cambodia transmission line construction EPC project cost status and problems analysis.The main content of this chapter is to introduce the overall overview of Cambodia's transmission line construction EPC project,investigate the problems of cost management in Cambodia's transmission line construction EPC project,and on the basis of analyzing the problems,explore the causes and influencing factors of the problems in project bidding management.It provides a realistic basis for the next chapter of the cost management optimization scheme of Cambodian transmission line construction EPC project.The fourth part,Cost optimization scheme of EPC project for transmission line construction in Cambodia.This chapter first elaborates the guiding ideology and design ideas of the optimization scheme,and on this basis puts forward specific measures for optimization,trying to establish a perfect project cost management system for Cambodia's transmission line construction EPC project.The fifth part,Cambodia transmission line construction EPC project cost optimization program implementation effect.This chapter evaluates the cost optimization scheme of Cambodia's transmission line EPC project based on cost performance and project schedule.
