Research On The Automated Stereo Warehousing Design Of D Company

With the development of the world economy and the progress of science and technology,the competition among industries is becoming increasingly fierce.Keeping the company competitive is becoming more and more important.Only by deepening the fine management and improving the adaptability of enterprises,can enterprises develop healthily and steadily in the future competition.Logistics is an important part of enterprise production.With the rapid development of modern science and technology,modern enterprises have higher and higher requirements on warehousing management.The traditional management model cannot meet the needs of modern enterprises for warehousing management.Modern warehousing management mode should be well positioned in enterprise strategic planning while managing various business activities of warehouse.In this paper,the author participated in the design of D company's automated warehousing project to carry out research.D company is a typical discrete manufacturing enterprise.Its main products are all kinds of large and medium-sized motors.D company's existing warehousing situation and existing problems are:(1)there is no modern warehousing management system,the management mode is still staying in the traditional "manual account" recording mode;(2)the goods storage is dominated by ordinary multi-layer shelves,the warehouse covers a large area,and cannot effectively use the height of the space;(3)the way of entering and leaving warehouses is manual handling or using forklift truck,which is low efficiency and high demand for labor.Through the analysis and research of the problems,combined with D company's own production characteristics and product characteristics,the overall plan of the automatic three-dimensional warehouse and the warehousing process suitable for the company's characteristics are designed.Then,in order to design the automated warehousing,the selection of specific hardware equipment,the design of management system and the design of main supporting facilities are carried out respectively.At present,through the use of automated three-dimensional warehouse,the company improves the efficiency of warehousing operations and information management level,achieved the desired results.It is hoped that thisstudy will be helpful for similar enterprises.
