| With the continuous advancement of urbanization and the continuous use of underground space,the depth of foundation pits is constantly increasing,the surrounding environment is becoming more and more complex,and the design requirements for foundation pit support are becoming higher and higher.Traditional 2D graphics are difficult to express spatial position relationship of foundation pit support structure which has brought great difficulties to the design.The application of BIM technology effectively solves the deficiency of traditional CAD.The 3D model of BIM can be used to clearly and intuitively check the positional relationship between the supporting structures and the positional relationship between the supporting structure and the surrounding environment of the foundation pit,and perform a collision check on the supporting structure to optimize the design scheme and ensure the design.Safety.Therefore,it is necessary to study the optimization of the foundation pit support design scheme by BIM technology.In this thesis,a deep foundation pit in Changchun is taken as the research object in combination with actual engineering.The BIM technology is used to analyze the impact angle of the anchor cable at the corner of the foundation pit.The collision quantity of the anchor cable is quantitatively analyzed.The collision problem has important practical significance and engineering application value.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Starting from the research background of deep foundation pit support design,the original scheme foundation pit project was analyzed,and it was pointed out that in the original scheme deep foundation pit support design,the surrounding environment was complicated and there were multiple sun angles.and point the necessity of application in support design.(2)In-depth analysis of the key technologies of BIM technology to build a threedimensional model,summed up the establishment of methods and laws excavation model family members to determine the choice of BIM software.(3)Taking a deep foundation pit in Changchun as the research object,the initial support design scheme is analyzed,and it is pointed out that there is a phenomenon of cross angle of the anchor cable in the original design of the foundation pit support design.A 3D BIM model was established and the collision detection of the male angle anchor cable was carried out.By adjusting the height and incident angle of the anchor cable,the collision problem of the male angle anchor cable was solved,and the initial scheme of foundation pit support was optimized.(4)Check the safety and stability of the optimization plan using Lizheng software,analyze the horizontal displacement of the support members and the surrounding ground settlement,and the overall stability of the support structure in the optimization plan,and verify the feasibility of the optimization plan.The scheme is compared and analyzed.(5)Visual construction simulation of the optimized design scheme using BIM technology.Use Microsoft Project management software to compile the construction organization schedule,and associate it with the Timeliner module in Navisworks Manage management software to achieve visual simulation of the construction process on site and verify the feasibility of the optimized solution. |
