The Research Of Project Schedule Management Based On BIM

Construction schedule management is the process of project implementation main line and plays a key role in the process of project function management. With the structural design and construction process of project more complex, and investment larger, inefficient schedule management caused great waste to the national economy and social investment, the progress of the urgent need to improve management efficiency. Today, the development of BIM (Building Information Model)technology provides efficient project management methods and is gradually applied to each stage and direction, but it is seldom used in the construction phase, especially little research of schedule management based on BIM which focuses on the theory not practical application. In order to achieve the application of schedule management based on BIM, it is highly necessary to in-depth and systematic study it combined with the case.This paper puts forward the necessity and advantage of research on the schedule management based on BIM technology by the analysis of domestic and foreign research present situation and trend of the application of BIM in construction management. Then, It analyzes schedule information description method based on BIM, the 4D BIM concept and demonstrates the method to realize 4D BIM in detail combining the Revit, Project, Navisworks software. Followed it gets the schedule advantage based on BIM compared with traditional schedule and studies the model structure, running process, construction process of reasoning of the schedule generating automatically, WBS process node and schedule simulation based on BIM Again The paper studies the schedule control application framework base on BIM and comparative analysis between schedule control of BIM with the traditional, which obtains the specific measures of schedule monitor, variance analysis and optimization as well as necessity and advantages of post schedule management evaluation based on BIM. Finally, Using Navisworks to integrate 3D BIM architecture and structure model created by Revit and the schedule date created by Project of specific case. After that,4D construction schedule simulation clash detective, Virtual Tour and generates schedule animation would be finished and summing up the advantages in the application of this case used by BIM technology.The paper not only demonstrates the implementation process of schedule management based on BIM but also analysis the advantages and measures about schedule plan and control used by BIM technology, which uses specific cases to simulate the key technology of schedule management based on BIM. It has a strong guiding and practical significance in the process of schedule management based on BIM.
