Spatial Distribution And Optimization Of Primary And Secondary Schools In Jincheng

With the convening of the party’s 19 th National Congress,the importance of educatian in Chian has been further enhanced."Running the education that satisfies the people" is the best explanation for the education cause of the "19th National Congres s".Basic education,that is,nine-year compulsory education is the beginning of lifelong learning for the people.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of basic education resources.As a center of culture,politics,and economy,Jincheng urban area has been pu shing forward the urbanizatian process in recent years,and the imbalance of basic educ ation resources has become prominent.The layout of primary and secondary schools in urban areas can not meet the level of students’ demand for education,and the develop ment of basic educational resources cannot conform to the overall development of the city.The purpose of this study is to explore the basic characteristics of urban basic e ducation resources distribution,to develop problems in layout and propose improvement suggestions,aiming at promoting the balanced development of basic education resource s in Jincheng urban area and achieving educational equity.The article takes all the primary and middle schools in Jincheng as the resea rch object.From the microscopic point of view,it firstly expounds the research backgro und,significance,domestic and foreign research status and thegeneral situation of researc h area.Secondly,it calculates the spatial data and attribute data needed by the article b y uses GIS and Excel,and then through buffer analysis,Voronoi diagram analysis,OD c ost matrix analysis and Huff model combined with location entropy method,the combin ation of quantitative and qualitative methods,the development of primary and secondaryschools in urban areas and The layout is empirically analyzed,and the problems existi ng in the current basic education resources are explored,and suggestions for improvem ent are proposed according to the optimized layout scheme.The research shows that:(1)The overall layout of primary and secondary scho ols in Jincheng City is generally characterized by “urban centers gathering,and scatter ed urban boundaries”,and all primary and secondary schools are distributed along urba n roads.(2)The imbalance of basic education resources in Jincheng City is significant,w hich is reflected in the spatial distribution and the allocation of educational resources,a nd exists between schools and between different streets;(3)At present the accessibility of primary and secondary schools in urban city.The difference is obvious,the service r adius is generally too large,the primary school is 1000 m,the middle school is 1500 m,w hich exceeds the national standard.The convenience of admission to different residential areas is different,and the probability of selection for each primary and secondary sch ool is also different.In comparison,most students choose schools with strong teaching skills,high teaching quality,and strong faculty.
