With the development and change of social management system of our country, the community as a basic unit of social management, gets more and more attention, the theoretical study on community development constantly enriches. Primary and secondary schools as necessary public infrastructure in the community for the construction and development of the community play an important role to the improvement of quality of community residents. This paper uses the theory of community education and spatial interaction theory, combining with the current situation of the development of Tianjin community and community space layout of primary and secondary schools the status quo, adopts the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis to discuss the relationship between community development and space layout of primary and secondary schools. On this basis, according to the accessibility theory and resource equilibrium theory, this paper is put forward under the perspective of harmonious community spatial layout pattern of primary and secondary schools in Tianjin, and further hopes the primary and secondary schools in Tianjin community space layout adjustment should follow the principles and attention problems, for Tianjin city community construction and provide the theoretical reference to primary and secondary school layout adjustment.Structure of this paper includes seven chapters:the first chapter is proposed the research ideas and research of technical route on the basis of summarizing the literature summarizes domestic and foreign about the community, community education and the school to study the layout of space; The second chapter, first of all, this article relates the core concept is defined, and then to the theory and the theory in this paper is used in the paper discusses how to use; The third chapter layouts problems of primary and secondary schools in the community and primary and secondary schools in Tianjin on the basis of the analysis of the current situation of the layout of Tianjin downtown spatial; The fourth chapter analyzes community factors how to affect the spatial layout of primary and secondary schools, school space layout and its influence on the development of the community by combining qualitative and quantitative methods; The fifth chapter layouts the problems of primary and secondary schools of six districts of Tianjin city spatial, combining with the community and the relationship between the primary and secondary school space layout is put forward under the perspective of harmonious community spatial layout pattern of primary and secondary schools; The sixth chapter put forward the model for the six district of Tianjin city spatial of layout and adjustment of primary and secondary school aiming at the problem of spatial layout of primary and secondary schools; The seventh chapter summarizes the full paper and points out the shortage of this paper and further research problems.
