As the basis of the entire automotive industry chain,the profits of components and parts are constantly being compressed.However,the drawbacks of the current supply logistics model are gradually emerging,including high cost of supply logistics,low resource utilization and so on.In order to solve these problems,automobile manufacturers are constantly exploring new supply logistics mode.Considering the large proportion of inventory and transportation cost in the cost of supply logistics and the contrary relationship between inventory and transportation,considering how to reduce the cost of supply logistics through integrated decision-making of inventory and transportation under the condition of ensuring continuous production demand,it is very important for current automobile manufacturing enterprises.Logistics industry is a well-known large carbon emitter.There is a certain contradiction between it and the "low-carbon economy" advocated today.Therefore,the relationship between economic and environmental has to be considered in its development process.The integrated optimization of logistics links can effectively reduce the carbon emissions of logistics industry.Firstly,this paper analyses the influencing factors of inventory transportation integrated optimization problem.An integrated optimization model of automobile spare parts inventory and transportation is established,aiming at the lowest cost of supply logistics.The model improves the traditional model by adding two new constraints:the effective working time of suppliers and the inventory limitation at the interior edge of automobile manufacturer,in the stage of combined short barge and barge transportation,the constraints of multi-vehicle transportation are added.At the same time,considering the factors of carbon emissions,the cost of carbon emissions will be included in the target cost through carbon tax.After that,the LINGO software is used to solve the model with the example data,and the optimized scheme is obtained.Compared with the original scheme,it is found that the optimized scheme can effectively reduce carbon dioxide emissions,while reducing the cost of supply logistics,which further verifies the feasibility and validity of the model.
