With the development of simulation technology,simulators are used in many fields to replace actual instruments and equipment for operation training and evaluation.Marine engine simulator provides a platform for the study and evaluation of seafarers and related professional students.The traditional marine simulator only provides simulation function in the trainees'training link,lacking the assistant step guidance function.When the trainees encounter operation problems,they need coaches to explain them artificially,which wastes manpower.In the intelligent evaluation link,only the eigenvalues of the operation results can be used to evaluate,and there is no scientific and efficient evaluation method for the operation process.In order to solve the above problems,a knowledge model of operation process for teaching and evaluating various scenarios is studied,and various functional modules are developed with the model.The knowledge module of operation process of marine engine simulator is developed based on the principle of expert system design.The functions of user operation monitoring,error operation warning,operation step prompting,operation step diagnosis and scoring are realized.Taking DMS series marine engine simulator as the research object,this paper analyzed the characteristics of engine room operation environment,compared various knowledge representation methods and modeling methods,and finally determined the knowledge modeling method of engine room operation process based on Petri net.Several typical logical structures and hierarchical structures in the cabin operation process model are described.Petri net is applied to model the operation process of emergency generator start-up,main engine winding and main engine rushing.According to the characteristics and functional requirements of the actual operating environment of the engine room,three principles of the operation process model of the engine room are formulated.Combining with an example,a simple and effective solution to the problem of mutual exclusive operation expression missing and resource encroachment is proposed.The analysis,validation and application algorithm of knowledge model are designed.The generation algorithm of correlation matrix,the generation and traversal algorithm of reachability graph and the evaluation algorithm of operation process are expounded.In order to adapt to the environment of simulator platform,some concepts such as running status identification are proposed.The advantages and disadvantages of current process evaluation methods for marine engine simulator are analyzed.A production reasoning method based on operation process model is proposed to realize operation process evaluation.Combining with the prototype system,according to the idea of expert system,the software design and function realization of knowledge module in operation process are carried out.A knowledge database based on PNML is designed to store model information,a state collector is designed to read operation information and simulation variable information,a reasoning machine matching knowledge database is designed,and a concise interactive interface and clear information are designed.Finally,the module is validated by an example,which proves that it can realize the preset function efficiently and steadily.
