Research On Environmental Design Of Urban Public Cemctery Based On Funeral Culture

This article research background,the funeral culture in tongling city of anhui province the fairy mountain cemetery for design case,through the way of combining theory and practice of reforming the cemetery and extension,to change people’s stereotype to the cemetery,improve the environment of the cemetery,to improve the city green coverage rate,find a way to conform to the urban development,suitable for cemetery development direction of city life.First of all,the author carries on the corresponding research to the funeral culture,carries on the research to our country traditional funeral culture contains the life and death idea,the geomantic theory as well as the traditional burial style,simultaneously carries on the discussion to the inheritance relation between the traditional funeral culture and the modern funeral culture,in order to understand people’s spiritual demand to the cemetery.Secondly,the design practice of cemeteries is studied,from the relevant classification of cemetery space to the relationship between cemetery design and city,and finally the design process of Chinese and Western cemeteries is studied.Third,the author puts forward his own suggestions on the design method of the cemetery,including the design principles to be followed and the method of integrating the funeral culture into the cemetery.Finally,the personal design of Mount Shenxian Cemetery,the design case of this thesis,is introduced.The author has carried out specific design through field research and learning of local culture,using the methods and concepts of analysis and research.Studying the design of the cemetery in the context of funeral culture has a positive meaning for the improvement of the cemetery environment and cemetery culture.At the same time,it can also find a development direction suitable for the urban public cemetery itself.
