Study On Cost Control Of Road Construction Enterprises

Since the reform and opening up entered the new century,our country has begun to pay attention on railway,highway,airport and other construction projects.There are more than one trillion yuan on these investment per year.Some problems existing in the development of the construction industry appears to stop the company's cost control and management.For example,the cost management awareness of the staff is not strong and the improper management of the related departments has a great negative impact on the construction of the project.Therefore,enterprises must pay more attention to this aspect.It is necessary to strictly control its costs in order to maximize the benefits from the project.On the basis of combining and summarizing the related theories of cost management,this paper takes Company A as the research object.Firstly,it makes a full analysis on the importance of cost management in the process of road construction which lead to find more clearly deficiency and mainly following problems: the system of cost management is not perfect;the cost control consciousness of technicians is lacking;the method of cost control is not complete and scientific.Secondly,put forward the measures to solve the problems in different steps of cost control and management according to the actual situation of road constrction.Improve the managerial capacity and awareness of technicians by continuous learning and experience which lead to control the cost of the project.Finally,in combination with actual practice,the S expressway of Enterprise A implement the cost control management in road construction,formulate a set of scientific guidelines and policies for the management of the books and constitute a relatively complete theoretical system for future construction as a reference and guidance.
