Research On Cost Management Of Highway Mechanized Construction

As the national infrastructure investment increasing, the highway engineering construction of our country has been rapid development. Mechanized construction made the highway projects construction much more quickly and efficiently, at the same time, it needs much better cost management. How to solve the problems of cost management of mechanized construction in highway construction such like low utilization, low operation level, low maintenance, equipment resources waste and slack management of the material cost control, had already become the main problem in the cost management of the highway construction.In this paper, combined with the features of mechanization construction of the highway engineering in our country, an analysis was made on the problems of highway engineering mechanization construction cost management, such as low cost management consciousness, low level of mechanization construction technology, waste of resource management, unreasonable device configuration, etc. Then in accordance with the particular case of the project construction, also do the research of the cost control management in mechanization construction of the highway engineering. By these factors like reasonable allocation of equipment on the basis of geological condition, quality requirements, load distance of the construction and the technical function of the equipment, the paper said that it should do the reasonable allocation, also strengthen the specific measures to improve the use efficiency of machinery and equipment. At the same time, strengthening the management of system, safety, quality, schedule and other comprehensive management, to accomplish the cost control aim of the highway mechanization construction. From this we can improve and set up a scientific system of cost management of highway engineering mechanization construction, achieving the sustainable development of construction enterprises.
