| The safe and economical operation of a pumping station is of great significance. The motor is an important part of the pumping station, scaling in the water cooling chamber of the motor will have a serious impact on the operation of equipment, resulting in low heat transfer efficiency and a large amount of energy waste and economic loss.It affects the safe and economic operation of the pumping station.Aiming at the scaling problem of water cooling chamber of motor in pumping station, this paper analyses the main factors affecting scaling of water cooling chamber, calculates and studies the influence of the change of inlet temperature and scaling thickness on motor cooling in different months of operation, and determines the optimal scaling period of motor with the lowest total cost of cooling water system operation and clean the scale. The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)The main factors affecting scaling accumulation were analyzed. The change of scale thickness with time was calculated by changing the ion concentration, inlet temperature and flow rate of cooling water. The results show that the larger the ion concentration is,the greater the scale thickness accumulates with time, and it is longer that scale thickness tends to the asymptotic value. The higher the inlet temperature is,the rate of scale deposition is faster, the greater the scale thickness is,and it is longer the scale thickness tends to the asymptotic value. The larger the flow velocity is,the increase of scale thickness is slower and it is shorter that scale thickness tends to the asymptotic value. In addition,The bigger the surface roughness of cooling chamber wall is,the easier the fouling will deposit.(2)In view of the main factors affecting fouling accumulation, the calculation model of fouling thickness and thermal resistance is determined. The cooling heat transfer coefficient is determined by calculating the measured data of motor operation. The concept of minimum cooling water flow is put forward to calculate the minimum cooling water flow required by the motor under the condition of clean and scaling of the water cooling chamber wall corresponding to the inlet water temperature in different periods. The results show that with the accumulation of scale thickness in different months, the minimum required cooling water flow of the motor in the later stage of scaling increases.(3)The energy consumption of cooling water system under clean condition and scaling condition in different periods is calculated. With the accumulation of the scale, the energy consumption of cooling water system increases.Calculate the energy cost of the cooling water system corresponding to different cleaning cycles.(4)Several methods of removing scale were compared, the chemical method of cleaning scale is determined.Calculate the amount and cost of drugs required for different cleaning cycles, and calculate the labor cost. The target is to minimize the total cost of cooling water system operation and scale removal in a period of time, the optimal scale removal period of motor is calculated to be 4 quarters per time. Finally, the measures to reduce scale are put forward. |
