Study On Cleaning Process Of Dirt-like Water Jet On The Steering Frame Of Motor Car

In this paper,the dirt on the steering frame of the motor car is used as the cleaning object,and the water jet cleaning method is used to remove the dirt.The cleaning mechanism of jet cleaning grease was analyzed.Through the experimental method and MATLAB analysis software,the influence of water jet cleaning process parameters on the cleaning quality and cleaning efficiency of grease removal was studied in depth,and a more accurate cleaning experience model was obtained.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1)Based on the jet theory of water jet technology,the cleaning mechanism of water jet cleaning grease is briefly analyzed.2)Experimental research on the cleaning process.The water jet cleaning experiment platform was established by water cutting machine;the control variable method and orthogonal test method were used to carry out the experiment;The relationship between the five cleaning process parameters of jet pressure,target distance,nozzle diameter,spray angle and traverse speed,cleaning quality and cleaning efficiency was studied,and the influence law was obtained to provide a basis for determining reasonable cleaning process parameters.3)Safety tests on the pipeline cleaning on the frame were carried out to meet the cleaning requirements.4)According to the test results,the MATLAB software was used for numerical regression analysis to establish an empirical model of cleaning quality and cleaning efficiency regarding the cleaning process parameters.5)The correctness of the cleaning experience model was verified by experiments.Through experimental research,the optimal combination of cleaning process parameters is obtained,and a more accurate cleaning experience model is given.
