Standardization of design and assembly construction for small hydraulic structures are beneficial for improving design and construction level as well as engineering quality,which are of great social significance and generalization value for promoting energy conservation,environmental protection and water conservancy modernization.Fabricated structures are playing an increasingly important role in small-scale irrgation and water conservancy.However,there are still defects such as unreasonable size of prefabricated components,poor quality,and insufficient strength level.Therefore,it is important to carry out the study on the finalized design,component structure analysis and mortar materials of fabricated structures related to small-scale irrigation and water conservancy for theoretical research and practice need.Based on the current construction situation of small-scale irrigation and water conservancy fabricated structures,the following aspects of work are carried out in this paper(1)According to the irrigation area division and irrigation rate,the section sizes of channels and aqueducts are designed and finalized,so as to determine the common section sizes of channels and aqueducts in small-scale irrgation and water conservancy.(2)Structural design of the layout and construction of the fabricated aqueduct is carried out,and corresponding joint connection and anti-seepage treatment measures are put forward.Taking the rectangular aqueduct with irrgation time of 1 day and controlled area of 300-500 Mu as a typical aqueduct,two different types of aqueduct sections with and without tie rod are adopted in the project.Under the determined engineering geological conditions,the structure of the aqueduct is modeled and checked by ANYSIS software.combined with the engineering cost comparison.Results show that under the above conditions,the fabricated aqueduct structure with tie rod is superior to the fabricated aqueduct section without tie rod in both structural stress and economic aspects.(3)Research on mortar materials for fabricated aqueduct.In order to ensure the connection requirement of assembly aqueduct,a mortar mixture ratio with a strength level of no less than M20 and an impermeability level of no less than P8 was studied.On the basis of traditional mortar,different amounts of silica fume(5%,7%,9%)and metakaolin(1%,3%,5%)were added to replace the cementitious material cement in the mortar.At the same time,the cement-sand ratio(1:3,1:4,1:5)is changed.The 28-day compressive strength and seepage pressure of mortar were taken as test indices.With the cement-sand ratio,silica fume,and metakaolin as experimental factors,the mixture ratio of high strength impermeable mortar was determined by orthogonal test.Based on the analysis of the test results,the optimal mixture ratio is determined as follows:the cement-sand ratio was 1:3,silica fume content was 9%and metakaolin content was 3%.The verification test was carried out in the laboratory,and the test results showed that the strength level of mortar could reach M25 and the anti-permeability level can reach P10,which had the characteristics of high strength and anti-permeability,and could fully meet the needs of the connection of small-scale farmland aqueduct.
