| With the development of social economy and the progress of human civilization,more and more grand buildings have sprung up all over the world,and various types of formwork support frames have emerged.However,in recent years,support frame accidents occured frequently,which brought serious harm to the country and the people.The wheel-coupler type template support frame is a new type of support frame developed on the basis of the original support frame.At present,there are short of bearing capacity experiments as support for the design of the wheel-coupler type template support frame in the relevant specifications,so it is necessary to conduct experiment to study the stability bearing capacity of this support frame.On the basis of previous studies,the experiments of new wheel-coupler type template support frame were carried out in this paper.The specific works are as follows:1)Based on a new joint of new wheel-coupler type template support frame,the stability bearing capacity experiments of nine new wheel-coupler type template support frame were designed and conducted.The different parameters,including the spacing interval between standing tubes(range 0.6m-1.2m),lift height(range 0.9m-1.2m),diagonal bracing(without diagonal bracing,with horizontal diagonal bracing,with horizontal + vertical diagonal bracing)and other parameters,were considered in design.A series of phenomena were described that occurred during the loading process of each experimental frame.The failure form and stability bearing capacity were studied and the effects of different parameters on the stability bearing capacity were analyzed and summarized.It is concluded that the new wheel-coupler type template support frame has strong stability,and the failure form of the new wheel-coupler type template support frame are all large drum buckling without horizontal displacement at top of support frame.Setting up horizontal diagonal bracing alone can improve the stability bearing capacity of the support frame,but the effect is not obvious.The vertical diagonal bracings make a significant contribution to improving the stability bearing capacity of the support frame.The spacing interval between standing tubes and lift height makes the nearly same difference to the stability bearing capacity of the support frame.It provides a theoretical reference for the popularization and application of new wheel-type template support frames in the future.2)The material properties experiment of standing tube was carried out and specification of experiment materials which selected randomly were measured.3)According to the experimental results,the effective length factor of standing tube was calculated by the hinge calculation theory,which was compared with the existing specifications.It is concluded that the stability bearing capacity calculated according to the specification is safe,and the bearing capacity has certain safety margin. |
