The wheel-coupler type template support frame has the advantages of quick disassembly,convenient transportation,high bearing capacity,no spare parts and it is suitable for fast-paced construction requirements,and can be widely used in practical engineering.In order to vigorously promote the application of this kind of support frame,it is very necessary to study the mechanical properties to improve the theory and engineering practice of this new support frame.Research on a new wheel-coupler type template support frame was carried out in this paper,including capacity analysis,mechanical properties,engineering application,etc.The specific works are as follows:The finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to simulate the nine stability bearing capacity tests.The simulation results were compared with the experimental results to verify the correctness of the finite element model.Based on this modeling method,various finite element models with different erection parameters were established,and the influence of different erection parameters on the stability bearing capacity of the frame was analyzed.In combination with the engineering example of the new wheel-coupler type template support frame,the special scheme design of the full support system was carried out according to the relevant specifications.Two different components were selected for analysis and calculation,and the important engineering indicators were verified to accord with the requirements of the specification.This work provides a valuable reference for engineering application of the new wheel-coupler type template support frame in the future.The application of the new type of wheel-type formwork support system in actual engineering was studied.The axial force of the single upright tube in the support system during the concrete pouring process was monitored,and the monitored test data was analyzed comprehensively.The measured axial force values of the upright tube are slightly smaller than the calculation results which accorded to load nominal combinations(Live load standard value is calculated as 3kN/m~2),indicating that the live load standard value is calculated as 3kN/m~2 is reasonable,and the value of 2kN/m~2 may be low.In order to test the pull-out resistance of the bottom transom in the actual project,the sweeping force test under different working conditions in the supporting system was carried out.Under the premise of ensuring enough knocking times during construction,the pull-out resistance of the bottom transom can basically meet the requirement value of1.2kN provided by the relevant specification.However,the pull-out resistance of the 3kN is difficult to achieve,indicating that the regulations of relevant regulations needs further discussions.
