With the rapid development of BIM(Building Information Model)technology in China,the information revolution of the construction industry is coming.The trend of informatization has been reflected from bidding to program design,from designing to construction.As a key part of the construction industry,construction has many problems in management,including the huge amount of operations,material management,list budget,construction personnel.The traditional management methods can not meet the current needs,while the problems can be solved by the application of information technology.In order to solve the problems in the construction process,BIM construction management platform as a concrete embodiment of building informatization has been widely applied to the construction management process.The construction information of the entire project can be closely linked together,and the information exchange between independent modules can be achieved by applying the informatization,visualization,coordination,optimization,simulation,big data and other means of BIM technology,so that the project management can be orderly organized and improve the efficiency of the construction process.This paper aims to improve the functional framework on the infrastructure of the existing platform in cooperation with Hebei Construction Engineering Group.Based on the issues of progress management,quality management and safety management during the construction process,the paper uses computer languages of C# and JAVA on the Visual Studio2017 platform to conduct secondary development of construction schedule management module,quality management module and safety management module,under the ACE(UK)BIM standard and IFC standard for Autodesk Revit.By applying the visualization,simulation and optimization of BIM technology,from the preparation of schedule to three-dimensional construction simulation,construction schedule management mainly solves the problems of complicated planning in the construction progress,the inability to detect collisions in the 2D plane,the traditional construction problems that cannot be adjusted and optimized in time,and part of lightweighting problems.Construction quality management is mainly realized through quality control of construction raw materials and sub-projects.By utilizing the information sharing and big data storage features of BIM technology,construction quality management can achieve the upload,store and download of material quality inspection report sheets to record the information of construction materials,construction quality,etc.Through the supervision and feedback of personnel in the construction management,the closed management of the quality of the circulation control can be realized.Construction safety management is discussed from the aspects of safety enhancement and safety education for constructors.The safety warning system is installed at the construction sites,and the single chip microcomputer works as the bridge for transmitting information to the construction management platform.The platform conducts real-time supervision and feedback by data analysis,which can help reduce the safety accidents during the construction process.The construction management platform,cooperating with VR technology can simulate the occurrence of real-life safety accidents,deepen the understanding of construction personnel on safe operation,and thus improve the level of safety education.
