With the continuous expansion of Zhoushan fishing port development scale,the number of small fishing catch transport vessels in and out between the fishing ports is increasing.At present,most of the ports are small wooden and steel ships at sea,which are mainly operated privately and driven by diesel engines.The noise pollution is serious and the overall image is poor.At the same time,there are violations of regulations such as overloading,illegal transportation and overnavigation areas to varying degrees,and the risk of safety risks is rising.To reduce Marine environmental pollution,strengthen the management of sea taxi,reduce the owners and tenants in the charter process information matching cost,in the context of the transformation and wisdom ocean construction,combined with the development of the current Internet technology,put forward to build a sea taxi intelligent information management platform,with tenants and owners choose function,at the same time can integrate Zhoushan small traffic catch transport in corporate way for operation management,in order to facilitate market regulation and standard management.Based on the results of field research,this study analyzed the system functional requirements for platform tenants,ship owners,operating companies and government managers,and the four-square functional module was designed in detail using UML modeling language and use case diagram.At the same time,the theoretical basis needed for the construction of the platform is studied,the architecture design of the system as a whole,and the system operation environment is the front desk small program(ship owner and tenant client),and the background PC end management page(operating company and government management end).The architecture design of the system was completed by using the B / S architecture.Using vue,I completed the front-end development of the system and packaged and compiled the front-end code to erase the language differentiation between the browser end and the wechat small program end.Implementation of the background interface was accomplished using the asynchronous I / O feature of nodejs.The responsive algorithm model is used to determine the optimal implementation scheme of the background management form page,and the webpack packaging dependency analysis and database tuning technology are optimized,and the timing data prediction model holt is used to design the system anomaly monitoring by winter.Finally,the functional requirement modules and non-functional requirement modules of the system are implemented respectively.Through the front desk client software,the online ship receiving process of tenants and ship owners can be realized.Let the owner "take orders" according to the will of the tenant destination port,so as to maximize the resources and time of the owner and the tenant.The background management software can realize the management of the operating company’s ships and the government’s management of the ship’s operating company,and strengthen the government’s convenience and informatization of sea taxi management.
