In recent years,with the rapid growth of flight traffic,airspace resources have become increasingly tight.In order to improve the efficiency of airspace resource utilization,civil aviation air traffic control departments have used and installed a large number of new technologies and equipment to obtain more detailed and clear real-time air situation.The large-scale,refined,intelligent,and networked air traffic control equipment has brought new requirements to the operation,maintenance,and maintenance of equipment.The difficulty of maintenance has increased rapidly,and the potential safety risks have also increased rapidly.However,the maintenance methods and maintenance techniques of air traffic control equipment have not progressed rapidly.The existing working methods have problems such as low handover efficiency,untimely tracking,inconvenient query,and difficulty in focusing on key and high-risk issues,posing a safety hazard to equipment operation.In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the work,to achieve continuous tracking and resolution of equipment maintenance events,especially to track and solve maintenance events with high risk levels,thereby reducing the overall security risks of air traffic control equipment operation and maintenance,a Web-based Technical air traffic control equipment problem tracking and risk control system development program.Firstly,comprehensively sort out and analyze the business processes of the operation and maintenance of air traffic control equipment,classify and abstract the daily maintenance events,and propose methods for recording and tracking equipment maintenance problems.On this basis,combined with common Web technology and database technology,the technology implementation of PHP+My SQL was selected,and the mature Code Igniter development framework based on MVC model was selected.Secondly,on the basis of the full study of risk management theory,combined with the operational characteristics and safety requirements of civil aviation industry,the specific application methods of safety risk management in the operation and maintenance of civil aviation equipment are described.Taking full account of the fact that most hazard sources are discovered or exhibited along with maintenance events during the daily duty process,a risk control method based on equipment problem tracking is proposed.Thirdly,through the comprehensive demand analysis of problem tracking and risk control in the operation and maintenance of air traffic control equipment,the overall design of the system is divided into functions of user management,basic information management,duty log management,risk management and electronic announcement.Management and other five modules.The detailed design of each module is described,and the detailed functions of each module are explained.A system development scheme based on Code Igniter framework is proposed.After that,based on the system summary design,abstraction and data analysis of the data stream.Based on this,the database was designed,the E-R entity relationship diagram was completed,and the design of the table structure was further completed.Finally,according to the system development plan,each module was designed and coded in detail,and the corresponding functions were tested and run.The test results show that the air traffic control equipment tracking and risk control system designed in this paper meets the design requirements in terms of function and performance,and achieves the goal of tracking maintenance events and controlling security risks in the operation and maintenance of air traffic control equipment.With the accumulation of duty log data,in the future,combined with data mining and other technologies,in the subsequent maintenance work,more clear and reliable maintenance demand orientation and result feedback will be obtained,which will further generate huge maintenance and safety management work.
