Harmonic gear drive has been used in aerospace,radar systems and robots in Japan,the United States and other countries because of its small size,large transmission ratio,small backlash and high accuracy.With the advent of "China Intelligent Manufacturing" and "Made in China 2025" and the rapid development of manufacturing industry in China,higher requirements have been put forward for various advanced technologies.Based on harmonic gear drive,this paper determines the transmission scheme of wind valve actuator,calculates the parameters of each component,carries out theoretical checking calculation for key components,constructs a virtual prototype using ADAMS and ANSYS software,carries out simulation analysis,and analyses the influencing factors on the fatigue life of flexible wheel,which provides a theory for the production of wind valve actuator with harmonic gear drive.Basis.The main contents are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the original wind valve actuator,the transmission scheme of the wind valve actuator based on harmonic gear transmission is put forward.After choosing the appropriate meshing parameters,the structural dimensions and materials of each component are calculated and the strength of key components is checked.(2)Modeling and assembling the parts by SolidWorks,importing the assembled model into ADAMS,then simulating and analyzing the virtual prototype by defining motion pairs,constraints and loads,and verifying the correctness of the model according to the obtained curves.(3)Finite element analysis is carried out by ANSYS software,mainly structural static analysis and modal analysis,and displacement deformation,equivalent stress and modal of main components are obtained.(4)The factors affecting the fatigue life of flexible wheels are studied by ANSYS software.The influence factors of the flexible wheels are analyzed successively,such as the thickness of the lower root wall,the width of the front and back edges of the ring,the width of the ring,the spacing of the ring,the thickness of the cylinder and the fillet of the root.The results provide a reference for designing and optimizing the harmonic gear reducer.
