| With the development of the automobile industry and the improvement of people’s living standards,the production and purchase of automobiles in various countries have gradually increased in recent years,and automobiles have become an indispensable part of people’s lives.How to continuously improve the functions of automobile products and enhance the competitiveness of their products is an urgent problem to be solved.In addition to providing users with basic and convenient functions such as indoor and outdoor lights,windows and wipers,the body control module(BCM)must pay attention to car safety issues in order to ensure passenger safety.Tire failure is one of the main causes of traffic accidents.To ensure that the tires are normal,it is necessary to find abnormal conditions in time.The tire pressure monitoring system(TPMS)monitors and warns of abnormal tires to improve driving safety.Recently,regulations on mandatory installation of tire pressure monitoring systems have been recognized by various countries,and passenger vehicles will gradually install tire pressure monitoring systems.This project combines a car BCM project of a car research center to design a body controller with integrated tire pressure monitoring.Integrating the tire pressure monitoring system into BCM can reduce the problem of various wiring harnesses of the vehicle and the communication failure of each device.This paper discusses in detail the body control system.design.The demand analysis of the body control function was carried out.The Infineon 16-bit single-chip XC2268N was selected as the core of the system,and the vehicle body controller was designed.The system software and hardware are designed.The hardware part includes the power circuit,the minimum system,the communication interface,the input signal processing unit and the output signal processing unit circuit.The BCM software includes an application layer,an interface layer,and a driver layer.The application layer is visually designed through Stateflow,including modules such as lighting modules,window modules,and tire pressure:The software interface layer implements the relationship between the application layer and the driver layer,and the driver layer realizes the connection with the hardware.To verify the accuracy of logical function.the automotive BCM is tested,including body application layer logic function test and hardware electrical performance test.According to the specification requirements,the application layer function test simulates the model built by Stateflow and the hardware aspect tests the electrical performance through the simulated load to verify the feasibility of the scheme. |
