Since China proposed the “Belt and Road” initiative,under this background,domestic auto companies have accelerated their overseas layout and planning.The internationalization strategy has become one of the core development strategies of Chinese enterprises for the long-term good development,enhancing their popularity,expanding the market scale,and breaking through resource constraints.In recent years,as an emerging industry,new energy vehicles have not formed a pattern or formed a monopoly position.Therefore,in the critical period of the current major changes in the automobile industry,how can China's independent new energy brands break through the barriers to achieve "overtaking in corners" and grasp Opportunities to quickly seize overseas market share and then form a dominant position are issues that need to be resolved.In this study,BYD is selected as the research object,and the case study method is used to analyze the institutional guarantee advantages and tax benefits of implementing the internationalization strategy in the context of the "Belt and Road",and then discuss BYD's internationalization strategy in terms of path and motivation and competition strategy.Then this paper uses the balanced score card to analyze the performance of BYD from the four dimensions of finance and internal operations.Through a series of analysis,the study founds that with the expansion of overseas markets and the increase of business,BYD's overall performance has been improved,focusing on R & D investment and its own corporate image and market share have increased,but it is affected by the decline of domestic government subsidies.The overall financial performance has declined to a certain extent with the industry average,and while implementing the internationalization strategy,its own capital structure arrangement is not reasonable enough,when entering the international market,the company's financial leverage is too high,the receivables ability to pay back is insufficient,and the inventory occupation level High,comprehensive impact caused BYD Finance's current performance has not reached the best.In addition,BYD pays attention to its core competitiveness,invests more in research and development,and cultivates a stronger learning ability for enterprises.However,under the influence of the market environment,core competitiveness cannot be converted into profits for the time being.Profitability has an impact.Regarding the current “Belt and Road” background,BYD New Energy Automobile Enterprises puts forward relevant suggestions for better implementation ofinternational strategic development,that is,it should optimize the structure of capital,improve the efficiency of research and development,and establish an efficient organization.The research in this paper combines qualitative and quantitative theories and cases,which is a supplement to the international strategic research system and performance evaluation of automobile manufacturing companies in the context of the "Belt and Road",hoping to go abroad for BYD and other new energy automobile companies Enter the international market in China as a reference and guidance..
