| Driven by the trend of economic globalization and the national strategy of "going out",Chinese construction enterprises go abroad and actively participate in international competition,which is not only the only way to conform to the trend of economic globalization,but also the inevitable choice for sustainable development of enterprises.In particular,the in-depth implementation of the "the Belt and Road" initiative has provided unprecedented historical opportunities for Chinese construction enterprises represented by J Group to explore the international market.How to scientifically formulate the internationalization strategy of enterprises,improve the international operation level and enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises is a common topic faced by China’s construction industry,including J Group.Firstly,the paper uses PEST analysis tools to analyze the macro environment faced by J Group’s development from political,economic,social,technological,environmental and legal factors.And using Porter’s five forces model analysis tool,the author analyzes J Group’s industry competitive situation from the multiple perspectives of the competitiveness of existing competitors in the industry,the threats posed by potential competitors in the industry,the bargaining power of suppliers,the bargaining power of buyers,and the substitution power of substitutes.Secondly,the paper accurately identified the opportunities and threats faced by J Group,as well as its own strengths and weaknesses,and applied SWOT matrix to conduct a comprehensive analysis to design the development strategy of J Group more scientifically.Thirdly,the paper formulates the principles,ideas and objectives of J Group’s internationalization strategy,and believes that J Group should take the "the Belt and Road" as the key direction,rely on professional advantages,take the leading products(business)as the breakthrough,and take the construction of overseas companies as the key,give full play to the advantages of each subsidiary and branch in construction organization,project management and control,talent reserve,etc.,enhance the overall synergy of international business,improve resource investment and use efficiency,Build J Group into a first-class international contractor in the field of construction.And put forward the implementation measures of J Group’s internationalization strategy.Finally,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of J Group’s internationalization strategy from the aspects of enhancing core competitiveness,strengthening talent training,strengthening corporate culture construction,strengthening risk management and control,and paying attention to capital security.The research in this paper provides theoretical support for the formulation of J Group’s internationalization strategy,provides guidance for the internationalization development strategy,and also provides reference for other similar enterprises to explore the international market.It has important theoretical and practical significance.. |
