Research On The Model Construction And Promotion Strategy Of "The Belt And Road" Internationalization Ability Of Engineering And Technical Talents

Since "The Belt and Road" initiative was put forward,it has received positive response from all countries in the world.The increasingly frequent exchanges between countries have promoted countries along "The Belt and Road" to accelerate the pace of infrastructure construction and carried out a large number of engineering projects.The development of engineering projects along "The Belt and Road" has put forward an urgent demand for the international ability of the engineering technicians involved.Based on this background,this study follows the logic of "demand analysis-capacity model construction-practice-analysis-countermeasures and Suggestions".Firstly,the demand of "The Belt and Road" construction on the internationalization ability of engineering and technical talents is analyzed from three dimensions of socio-political environment,economic and cultural environment and natural geographical environment.Secondly,based on the ability structure of the model and the theory of competency model,adopt the method of content analysis of "The Belt and Road"internationalized talents cultivation theme related literature,the research material along to companies in the country,and focus on "The Belt and Road" all the way to carry out the research of expert interviews were analyzed,and the attempt from the knowledge,skills,quality and cross-cultural four dimensions to build to satisfy the needs of "The Belt and Road" construction engineering and technical personnel of international capacity model;Again,using the methods of case analysis,the selection in "The Belt and Road" engineering technology talent internationalization ability training more experienced at Tsinghua University,Southwest Jiaotong University,Xi'an Jiaotong University,Dalian University of Technology and Chongqing Jiaotong University as an example,from cultivating target,cultivating measures and safeguard mechanism three aspects to carry on the analysis,summarizes the current domestic colleges and universities "The Belt and Road" all the way of cultivating the ability of engineering talent internationalization useful experience and insufficient;All the way in the end,with "neighbourhood" engineering talent internationalization capacity model for"target",in view of the current colleges and universities in "The Belt and Road" the shortage of engineering talent internationalization ability from remodeling "The Belt and Road" of the cultivating objectives of engineering talent internationalization ability,construct the theory and practice,the course system of cross-cultural integration,building specialization,internationalization,practice the teachers team,perfect fusion between production and education cooperative education mechanism etc.Put forward"The Belt and Road" all the way of cultivating the ability of engineering talent internationalization strategy.
