At present,the heating of urban residents in northern China is dominated by central heating systems,and heat sinks are often used at the ends.Existing central heating systems generally have the characteristics of low automation,and some heating systems do not even have an automatic control system.This phenomenon causes a series of problems such as uneven heating,energy waste,and reduced comfort of residents.With the development of automatic control technology and the continuous improvement of people's quality of life requirements,the application of automatic control in heating systems should be carried out.At present,the self-control of regional central heating system mostly adopts conventional PID control.The regional central heating system has the characteristics of nonlinearity,time-varying,strong interference,and difficult to establish control object model.The effect brought by this control method is often not ideal.Based on the existing research,this paper proposes an intelligent control method-fuzzy PID control.This method has the advantages of fuzzy control and PID control.This paper applies it in the regional central heating system,in order to guarantee The system heats up while achieving the goal of energy saving.The article first introduces the fuzzy PID control and studies the feasibility of the fuzzy PID control system in the heating system.In the system design,the control parameters are set,the domain of the fuzzy linguistic variables is selected and the membership function is selected.By limiting the control parameters,the optimal control parameters are sought to obtain the most stable control system response curve.The control components were designed and debugged,and the models such as single-chip microcomputer,temperature sensor,display screen and stepping motor were selected,and the programming components were designed and programmed.The design language was C language.Through the debugging of the simulation circuit,when the temperature changes,the display screen displays the temperature change in real time,and the stepping motor makes the correct forward and reverse movements.On this basis,the radiator,this paper establishes the mathematical model of the PID control system and fuzzy PID system simulation design,and from the stability of the system,the amount of overshoot,anti-interference ability,etc.The system can be evaluated,the results show that:compared with PID control,fuzzy PID control are showed the superiority of their system,is more suitable for application in the heating system,the stable running of the system.This paper also considers the hydraulic imbalance between multiple users,proposes a priority control strategy,conducts simulation experiments for multiple users,and delays the temperature control valve by setting the conditions of the control program to meet the needs of users on the most unfavorable loops.Heat demand increases energy efficiency.This study can provide a useful reference for the design and application of district heating systems.
