With the development of information technology and electronic equipment,more and more weapon systems begin to use digital video and image technology.Accordingly,the development trend of vehicle mounted recorder is becoming more and more diversified and intelligent.Through the acquisition and storage of the working state parameters of weapon system in the test,it has a certain practical significance for analyzing,improving the design and effectively avoiding the development risk,reducing the research and development funds and reducing the development cycle.Based on the design requirements of a certain type of vehicle recorder,this paper develops a vehicle recorder which meets the use requirements.The vehicle recorder can record two VGA videos,one PAL video,RS-422 data and can bus data at the same time,and can replay the recorded video through the recorder.On this basis,it analyzes and discusses the problem that the original data of HD digital video is large and multi-channel encoding and playback are needed at the same time.Firstly,tms320dm8168 and FPGA are selected as the hardware platform of the system,and the software system is developed on this basis.The embedded Linux system is deployed on the arm of tms320dm8168 video processing chip to manage system resources,and H.264 standard video compression algorithm is used to compress the original video data.Encapsulate the compressed video file as MP4 file and store it in the hard disk of SATA.Then,the software is developed in Linux QT environment.Through the function division,we use Qt to write many GUI,and realize the function of recording video selection and playback.The locally played video has basic functions such as single frame playing and double speed playing.In order to make the system have good reliability and applicability,the overall design is carried out with modular,consistent and serial design ideas.Finally,set up a test platform to test the system function and verify the principle.Playback the recorded video file locally and test the playback function of the software.Through the verification of test equipment,the video processing system meets the environmental test standards,and the recorded video file information can meet the task requirements.After the vehicle system debugging,the video processing system designed in this paper achieves the expected goal.
