| In recent years,with the rapid development of high-speed railway and urban rail transit,the related discrete equipment manufacturing enterprises in the upstream of locomotive and vehicle supply chain are facing great pressure.The surging orders make it difficult for the enterprise’s “planning” and “production” to keep pace;production data cannot be uploaded and released;production and management are separated;production efficiency cannot be improved.The ultimate reason is that there is a gap between the execution system at the bottom of the workshop and the management system at the top of the enterprise.In this regard,this paper studied and discussed the application of Manufacturing Execution System(MES)in discrete equipment manufacturing enterprises.Aiming at the manufacturing enterprises of railway vehicle reducer,we proposed the solution of establishing MES system of railway vehicle reducer,focused on the study of subsystem of process orchestration based on typical process library and integrated it based on the MES platform.The main contents of this article are as follows.(1)Firstly,this paper researched the history of workshop production management in China,analyzed the current research status of MES at home and abroad,summarized the main technologies of MES and analyzed the production processes and demands.On the basis of the above,the overall design scheme which included the MES business function module,MES system integration interface and MES information display was established.(2)Secondly,the system was designed in detail.Highlights included: equipment management based on RFID technology;reconstruction and solidification of production business processes;using coding technology and feature description method to described the structural features and process characteristics of parts;production planning and quality management was made based on parts production process route.Furthermore,the integration scheme,process decision model and manual automatic process preparation function of process preparation subsystem based on typical process library were described in detail。(3)Finally,using ASP.NET MVC5 as the development platform and C # programming language to implement the system,the system was tested and verified and deployed in the enterprise.In this paper,with the research and design of the MES,the three core production capabilities of the relevant enterprise include production factor management,production plan formulation and implementation and production process control have been improved.Ultimately,it helps enterprises to achieve the goals of improving process preparation efficiency,shortening production preparation cycle and improving efficiency. |
