Research On The Design Strategy Of Historic District In The Cultural Landscape Perspective

In recent years,China's urban construction has entered the era of stock planning,and the protection and design of historic districts have become an important part of urban planning.The protection and design of historic districts have become an important part of urban planning.In the process of protection and design,it is necessary to continue the regional culture and realize the comprehensive protection of historic districts under the new situation.The protection of historic districts needs a new,comprehensive and more effective design strategy.How to reasonably protect the historic districts and integrate them into the development of modern cities has always been the concern of urban planners.This paper consists of the review and background interpretation of relevant theories,the introduction of theories,the analysis of research objects,put forward principles and strategies,and the design practice.This paper takes the theoretical system of cultural landscape as the research perspective and the protection and design of historic districts as the main research object.The writing starts from the discussion of the research background and significance.Based on the research and summary of relevant research and theories at home and abroad,the author compares the relevant concepts of the historic districts in this paper and defines the concepts in this paper.Mainly referring to the definition,discrimination standard and protection method of cultural landscape in the world heritage,It combines the concepts of "organic","evolutionary","dynamic" and "sustainable" embodied in cultural landscape with the characteristics,protection and design practices of historic districts.Based on the concept of cultural landscape,the plight of historic districts,the opportunities and trends were analyzed,and concluded that four of historic districts protection content,respectively is a natural ecological system,space texture and pattern,historical and cultural resources and lifestyle,authenticity,integrity,contemporary,and conclude that growing design principle,put forward the protection and restoration of natural ecosystem,continuation of texture and spatial pattern,combing with the use of historical and cultural resources,stimulate independent historic districts protection power four design strategy.Based on previous studies,applying the theories and strategies from the perspective of cultural landscape,combined with literature study,field survey and questionnaires,related to the datum and historic and cultural resources for carding and generalization,find out the problems existing in the present situation of the urban renewal,on this basis,the urban renewal project of Qinyang city put forward a series of protection and the design strategy and the suggestion,the practicability of inspection theory through practice.
