| Under the background that thermal power generation is still the main power generation method in China,reducing the pollution emission level of coal-fired units in thermal power plants has become an urgent need for environmental protection.In recent years,China has initiated an ultra-low emission retrofit of coal-fired generating units,and establishing a corresponding environmental monitoring system has become part of the retrofit work.The environmental protection monitoring system can not only effectively count various pollutant data of coal-fired generating units,but also can quickly sort and calculate the data to provide strong support for environmental protection work.This paper takes the research and development of the environmental monitoring system for coal-fired power plants as the research topic.Based on the actual needs of the project,it analyzes and designs the front-end and rear-end separate system architecture,and uses a unified data interaction interface to organize the system.The system uses related technologies in the Java Script ecosystem.The Angular framework is responsible for the front end.The Express framework cooperates with the Postgre SQL database as a back-end program to provide support for the front end,ensuring compatibility between various technologies and achieving good operating results.In order to solve the problems in the past environmental protection work related to the difficulty of generating unit alarm data statistics and real-time data monitoring is not intuitive,the system design and implementation of hexadecimal unit state representation and multi-level data report algorithm,combined with Ag-grid table components and Antv visualization The components are displayed in the front end,which intuitively and efficiently solves the main problems of alarm automation and monitoring visualization.This paper also proposes an encryption strategy based on the MD5 digest algorithm.After the user password is transcoded as an independent variable of the encryption function,the function value is used as the final interference value for two rounds of MD5 operations,which effectively protects the safe storage of the user password.The environmental monitoring system of coal-fired power plants realizes the collection,cleaning,storage and calculation of pollutant measurement points of coal-fired units.It realizes real-time query,historical query and alarm query of pollutant data.It can automatically calculate all levels and types Data reports and provide one-click printing and downloading functions.The system has been running steadily since going online,effectively improving the work efficiency of the staff,providing data basis for the daily work of the environmental protection department,and has become an indispensable part of environmental protection work. |
