Study On Industrial Upgrading Countermeasures Of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone Under The Background Of Global Value Chain

In the context of the “the Belt and Road” initiative and structural transformation of the economy,the perspective of global value chain has become a new perspective for current research of production,processing,import and export trade,and industrial upgrading.At the same time,with the continuous acceleration of economic globalization and the deepening of regional economic cooperation,Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone has become an important link for the coordinated development of the Central Economic Zone.At present,the industry of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone is still in a passive position and at the low-end in the global value chain,so industrial upgrading has become an inevitable trend.Based on the global value chain,this paper discusses the development status and upgrading level of the industry of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone,then gives some suggestions for the upgrading of the industry of Zhengzhou Airport Zone.First,it elaborates the relevant theories used in this research,and uses literature research method to sort out the relevant research on global value chain,Airport Economy,industrial upgrading under global value chain.Secondly,it analyzes the dynamic development process and momentum of the industry of Zhengzhou Airport Zone,and selects three leading industries as examples to analyze the current status of the industry of Zhengzhou Airport Zone.Thirdly,in view of the subjectivity of the weight of analytic hierarchy process and the uncertainty of the evaluation,this paper uses gray fuzzy theory to establish four different evaluation gray categories.Then,by means of grey whitening weight function,the article establishes a grey fuzzy evaluation method that can evaluate the overall and various specific indicators of the industrial upgrading level of Zhengzhou Airport Zone under the background of global value chain,and calculates the evaluation results of the industrial upgrading level.Finally,this article gives suggestions for the industrial upgrading of Zhengzhou Airport Zone under the background of global value chain from the industrial level,government level and enterprise level,and makes a summary.The research innovations in this article are as follows: Firstly,from theperspective of global value chain,this paper studies the development situation,location and several elements of the upgrading process under the background of GVC,and finally gives suggestions from the industrial level,government level and enterprise level.At present,few people use the global value chain as a background to evaluate and analyze the industrial upgrading of Zhengzhou Airport Zone.Secondly,based on the analytic hierarchy process,this article uses theories of grey fuzzy evaluation to improve the traditional analytic hierarchy model,then builds an evaluation model of the industrial upgrading level of Zhengzhou Airport Zone under the global value chain background,which makes the model more reasonable.In the construction of the indicator system,the global value chain link of the airport,the airport direction of the industry and external connectivity of the airport are also included in the system.
