Country is increasing the density of civil airport gradually to construct the main frame of air transport network with high-efficiency,high-quality and reasonably in order to serve the increasing demand of air transport availably.Some cities and regions have become multi-airport areas as the number of airports has increased.The hinterland of multiple airports is intersected and passengers are faced with multiple optional airports in this area.Things that the development of aviation economy and airport economic zone in the whole country is in the ascendant meanwhile have benefited from the development of the airport and the growth of passenger and freight transport.The economic zone is the engine of regional economic growth with strong driving force and strong radiation in the context of accelerating the transformation of economic development mode and economic restructuring.In the process of the layout planning of civil airport and the development of airport economic zone relying on large airports,the key decision-making problems are included:1)The demand form of the airport,i.e.the number of airports in a closed area and the size of their size.2)The space layout and site selection of the airport,i.e.consider the co-operation between airports in the region and select the construction site for each airport on the basis of the first level of decision-making.3)Land-use planning within the area of the airport economy,which can reasonably arrange the space location of various economic activities related to the airport and the use of land for areas.4)Optimization of industrial cluster structure and layout in the economic zone,i.e.according to the geographical characteristics of the airport and the relationship between industries.We selected the industries that were suitable for production services and trading activities within the new area surrounding the airport and determined the spatial distribution of industrial clusters in the economic zone on the basis of interindustrial transaction and the trading intensity of industries and other subjects in subject(such as residents).The foregoing problem of decision involves numerous problems in the field of economics of Operations research,geography,urban planning,transportation science,industrial economics and applied economics,etc.To solve these problems can not only ensure the scientific nature and feasibility of airport planning,but also determine the scale of the airport and function of various related activities in the local region of the spatial distribution in detail,and based on the function of spatial layout and scale of the airport,optimize the airport economic zone land use morphology and structure of industrial cluster while construction and development the airport.In this study,a structural equation model was established to calculate the quantitative relation between the size of airport hinterland and the volume of air transport network.We constructed an expression of accessibility and spatial accessibility of airport land domains based on the hinterland land transportation network and the air transport network with airport as the node.We combined two types of accessibility indicators based on passenger's subjective feeling and then had access to regional air transport accessibility indicators.We compared and chose the airport layout plan with the purpose of making the largest accessibility indicator of the regional air transport and optimized the location layout of the airport.Next,we used the land of the economic zone as the research object according to the actual conditions of the urbanization in China relies on the airport to implement the construction of the economic zone.We targeted the best operational efficiency and benefits of the practitioners' QOL and non-basic industries(i.e.,services)facilities based on the Lowry model under the condition of giving the size and location of the basic industries in the area of the airport economic zone.We optimized the land use pattern of the airport economic zone and analyzed the impact of the richness of the living infrastructure to the site selection of employees in the airport economic zone.A mathematical model was proposed for the optimal allocation of land use in the airport economic zone.We determined the scale and spatial distribution pattern of the best residential and non-basic industrial facilities in relation to a given base industry scale.Finally,we determined the category and scale of the industry in the airport economy based on the development experience and scale of large international airports and aviation industrial chain related to airport.Thesis analyzed the logistics and non-logistics relationship strength in basic industries and computed the correlation coefficient between industries according to the inter-industry correlation strength and the close relationship with the airport.Unit distance correlation coefficient is our target and the location of basic industry was determined in the airport economic zone.Optimize the living environment of employees who follow the basic industry and spatial distribution of non-basic industries meanwhile.The results show that there should not be many airports in areas where the demand for air travel is not strong.Instead,we should take into full consideration to the rich degree of land transportation,and build a large airport combined land/air resources.Areas where demand for air travel is strong enough are suitable for multiple airports.Passengers's Land accessibility is good by this time because passengers in the area can be centred on multiple airports and formed multiple independent hinterland spaces.The airports can operate rich and dense flight routes,and the flight accessibility of passengers can be guaranteed because of the large demand for air travel moreover.Arranging living infrastructure in the airport new area can increase the number of practitioner staff nearby and reduce the need for cross-district commuting.Half of the employees in the airport's new district will choose to live nearby when the input-output benefit of QOL and living infrastructure comes to the same importance.Select the industry suitable for the development of airport new area and make it the basic industry of new district relying on the advantages of information flows,flows of passengers,logistics and fund flows in airports.Then optimize integrated the airport basic industry,non-basic industry the location of the employees.We can give full play to the regional advantages of the economic zone,enhance connectivity between industries and airports,industries and industries and realize the airport-related economic agglomeration effect.
