Research On The Optimization Of Zhengzhou Airport's International Entry Cold Chain Product Process

With the change of people's consumption concepts,the timeliness require of fresh cold chain products has become higher.The huge demand of cold chain products is the direct driving force for the development of cold chain logistics.Zhengzhou is becoming the largest imported goods distribution center in the country.Zhengzhou Airport has become the largest imported fruit port in the country.The types of fresh imported goods are growing rapidly.There are various of imported cold chain goods,including frozen pork,frozen beef,live Fresh foods such as Scutellaria baicalensis and Atlantic salmon,cherry,blueberry,etc.As the volume of aviation cold chain increases,cargo handling capabilities such as unloading,demolition,inspection and quarantine are facing more and more challenges.The timeliness of cold chain cargo requires higher levels of organization and coordination in all aspects of cold chain logistics,and the rapid customs clearance of cold chain cargo requires a reasonable and effective arrival process.Based on the field investigation of Zhengzhou Airport,the author studies the arrival process of international cold chain cargoes.He divides international imported cold chain cargoes into four categories: fruit,seafood products,frozen meat and fresh flowers.Representative water and seafood products are selected.Optimize the entry process of the port,draw out the arrival process of cold chain cargo,analyze the main problems in the process,use the Microsoft Project software to figure out the key paths,and use the program chart method to enter the port for fruits and seafood The key processes in the process draw a program diagram,Process optimization based on the shortest time,analyze the main problems in the process.Optimization measures are also given for the arrival process of flowers and frozen meat,which has certain reference significance for the cold chain cargo entry operation of Zhengzhou Airport.
