China's transportation infrastructure construction has entered a new era, with many engineering projects and large scale, and many factors inducing quality accidents,in the construction of the problem that has existed in the process of quality supervision, especially the asphalt cement, often exist in the construction and construction to the sample is not a batch or shoddy phenomenon, but in engineering construction supervision is no guarantee that not any loopholes, after project completion,in the event of quality defects, often appear responsibility is difficult to define, mutual shuffle and wrangling. Therefore, how to establish a quality control standard and system quantified in advance is a problem that road workers have always considered.Through the research of this subject,an exploratory solution to this problem is given, and the properties of asphalt and aggregate before construction are related to the cohesion C and internal friction angle?of asphalt mixture after construction relationship, after the road is open to traffic, once the quality problem occurs, the C and?values can be estimated through the asphalt properties,or the single-axis penetration test can be performed through the core sampling to determine the specific C value and?value, and then reverse the asphalt To determine whether the asphalt and aggregates used meet the requirements of the tenders at that time, and the evaluation criteria can be given quickly and quantitatively. Therefore, this paper uses correlation analysis and gray correlation analysis, using test temperature and loading rate as variables, using uniaxial penetration test combined with unconfined compressive strength test of the same size specimen to correlate the relationship between asphalt performance properties and cohesion conduct research to explore a solution to the problem.First, the conventional performance of asphalt cement before construction is studied, and the change rules of penetration, ductility, viscosity, and temperature of No.70 asphalt and SBS modified asphalt are obtained. The fitting formula and correlation coefficient are calculated by using the principle of mathematical statistics.Quantitative relationship between conventional indicators and temperature;through frequency sweep test, based on the time-temperature equivalent principle, draw the main curve of modulus using WLF equation and CAM model, and get G*,G*/sin?,G*cos?,and G*sin?and Frequency relationship.Through low-temperature bending test, stiffness modulus S and creep rate m are obtained, which is the basis for studying the relationship between asphalt performance properties and C.Second,AC-13 and SMA-13 mixtures were made and tested for high-temperature stability, water stability, and low-temperature crack resistance road performance tests.Through uniaxial penetration test and unconfined compressive strength test C and?values have been measured, and studies the mixture C and?at different temperature and frequency variation. The fitting formula and correlation coefficient were obtained to establish a quantitative relationship. The results show that as the temperature increases,C decreases, and The loading rate increases,C increases, and C has a logarithmic relationship with temperature and loading rate, such as:y=aln(x)+b,R~2 is above 0.93;?is basically not affected by the temperature and loading rate, the values are concentrated in 42°to 47°.Using mathematical statistical method correlation analysis and gray correlation analysis, based on Matlab software programming, the quantitative correlation relationship between asphalt performance properties and mixture C was established under different temperature and loading rate variables, and analyze the impact of each properties on C Degree, and verify the applicability of the obtained association relationship, and then establish a quantified quality supervision system, and quickly and quantitatively give evaluation criteria. The results show that:C has a good correlation with asphalt performance properties and a strong engineering applicability. In terms of conventional properties,as the penetration and ductility of the asphalt increase,C decreases, which shows a polynomial and logarithmic relationship;when the viscosity increases,C increases rapidly first, then gradually increases, and eventually stabilizes, and becomes logarithmic.Relationship,R~2 is above 0.99;in terms of SHRP properties, with the increase of G*,G*/sin?,G*cos?,G*sin?,C increases rapidly in the early stage, then gradually increases, and tends to stabilize, showing a logarithmic relationship; With the increase of?and tan?,C decreases, showing a polynomial relationship,R~2 is above 0.9;it is obtained that viscosity and?have the greatest influence on C,and the degree of correlation reaches above 0.99;combined with engineering practice, the relationship between the asphalt index and C is verified And found good applicability. This paper studies the correlation between asphalt properties and mixture C,reveals the relationship between asphalt mixture C and asphalt performance properties, provides a new idea for improving road quality supervision level, and has theoretical value and application prospect.
