Corruption often occurs in bidding for construction projects.In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy,Corruption of bidding for construction projects in various places are becoming more and more,and the risk of clean government is becoming higher and higher.In order to establish rigorous and efficient anti-corruption prevention mechanism,to ensure the healthy development of the bidding industry for construction projects,to improve the order of the construction market,to ensure the quality of the project,to ensure the safety of people’s lives,and to build a harmonious society.So it is necessary to Constructive risk assessment of clean government in Bidding for construction projects.This paper explores the risk of clean government in construction project bidding by combining qualitative and quantitative research.First of all,using qualitative comparative analysis method QCA,the individual characteristics and behavior stages of 40 typical cases in the field of construction project bidding are analyzed by configuration characteristics.The results show that there is a complex and multiple causal relationship between the risk of clean government in construction project bidding and individual characteristics and behavior stage.From the analysis of configuration characteristics,we can see that there is a significant risk of clean government in three model configurations,That is,the risk of clean government for the backbone of the young business,the risk of clean government led by the tenderer,and the risk of clean government in the form of "wild goose over hair".Finally,some policy suggestions are given to prevent and avoid the risk of clean government in construction projects.In the configuration analysis research,we can see that the bidding stage,the bidding stage,the bid evaluation stage and the winning bid stage of the bidding and bidding activities of the construction project will all appear the risk of clean government,and it is easy to induce corrupt behavior.Based on the configuration characteristics of clean government risk,the four stages are studied in depth to find out which links are most likely to have clean government risk points.Based on the manual of prevention and control of clean government risk in construction market supervision,the risk set of clean government is selected,which is summarized by at home and abroad,and the expert interview and questionnaire survey are carried out,and the bayesian network model of clean government risk in construction project bidding is constructed by using Genie2.1 software.Through the parameter learning and structure learning of Bayesian network model,the key sensitive factors and the most approximate factor chain are obtained,and the risk of clean government in construction project is evaluated.Finally,the relevant suggestions are put forward in combination with the results of model analysis.Based on the QCA qualitative comparison method and Bayesian network method,this paper makes clear which links of construction project bidding have clean government risk points,and provides new ideas for the breakthrough point of prevention and control of clean government risk.In the daily bidding process,we insist on improving the prevention and control measures of key risk factors,prevent and reduce corruption of construction project bidding scientifically and effectively,maintain sustained economic growth,reduce overall social and economic cost,standardize,maintain and perfect construction market order,guarantee project quality,guarantee people’s life safety and build harmonious society.
