With the idea and initiative of "One Belt and One Road" in cooperation and development sweeping throughout the world,China and relevant countries,by virtue of bilateral and multilateral mechanisms,establish the effective regional cooperation platform,promote the development of economic cooperation partnership actively with the countries along the route,work together to build the communities of common interests,destiny and responsibility on political mutual trust,economic integration and cultural inclusion.Under the background of globalization of economy,more and more Chinese enterprises begin to have the whole global market in view.However,meanwhile we should also realize that Chinese enterprises,going out on behalf of"One Belt and One Road",can not only output good-quality products and services,but also should improve the ability of scrambling for the global market.Apart from the excellent products and technology,world-famous brands require creating and brand value promoting for Chinese enterprises,and the management capacity,especially the risk management skills are the key factor for a bigger and stronger Chinese enterprise with sustainable development.Based on the practice of project risk management process as Contractor in overseas engineering projects,this paper introduces the identification of the project risk,how to identify the project risks and focuses on the qualitative and comparative analysis and application for the project risk management on the basis AHP method illustrated with detailed examples.Meanwhile it effectively integrates risk management and control into project plans in order to increase the possibility for a successful bidder,discover risks at any time during the implementation of the project,ensure the fulfillment of projects on schedule and reliable trace of possible claim in the future.Project is a process of gradual development,risk control in advance and risk management during the execution are equally important,only the combination of the two can achieve the effect of 'recognizing the whole through observation of the part'in project risk control.Minimizing the adverse effects in project risk will lay solid foundation for the internationalization,sustainable development of enterprises contracting the international engineering projects.
