Risks Analysis And Evaluation About Building Contractors

Construction is a project with high risks because it is characterized by large investment, long time of difficult building work, and complex techniques. In addition, it involves a variety of people and is easily affected by the environment. What's more, various potential problems are unpredictable. If it isn't closely guarded in the process of construction, serious aftermaths will be expected to occur. In addition to the risks mentioned above, the risk management is necessary to be reinforced because the construction enterprises have to undertake various artificial risks, which may be caused by the passive economy position of special environment and project construction enterprisesThis thesis tries to comb through the ways of the present risk management based on the current ones in national construction projects. The author divides the complex risks into simple ones along with the project construction routes with reference to international research methods, forebears' research achievements, his own working experiences, collected data and investigation on spot, thus, a modern evaluation index system for construction project is established from the point of contracting unit. Moreover, by means of AHP and vague judgment by synthesis, the author analyses a residence district, which was developed by some estate agent. For the convenience of others' reference and operation, the author also tells the whole calculating process and data on some charts and graphs.
