| Hydraulic power generation has the advantages of non-pollution,low cost and preferential access to the Internet.It has developed into the main form of clean energy power generation in the world.The safe operation of hydropower plants is directly related to the safety and stability of the society and the healthy development of the economy.It is very important to evaluate and study the safety of hydropower plant.Through the evaluation,we can judge the operation state of the hydropower plant,and then we can formulate the corresponding measures and maintenance plan,starting from the generation side,it provides an important guarantee for the robustness of the power grid,the stability of the power system,and the reliability of the power consumption of residents and enterprises.This paper evaluates the safety of hydropower plants,the main work is as follows:Firstly,according to relevant regulations,codes and standards,the comprehensive safety of hydropower plant is divided into 5 aspects,28 indicators in total,forming preliminary indicators.Using the method of expert investigation to screen and sort out,and abandoning the miscellaneous information,an index system suitable for the safety evaluation of hydropower plants is established.The system has a three-tier structure of 1 evaluation objective,5 first-class indexes and 24 second-class indexes,which can reflect the safety problems of hydropower plants comprehensively and accurately.Then,the indicators at all levels are comprehensively weighted.The analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the judgment matrix,which reflects the experts’experience judgment on the actual situation of the hydropower plant.Get the maximum eigenvalue and eigenvector of the judgment matrix,then determine the subjective weight of the index and carry out the consistency test;use entropy value and difference coefficient to process the original data,and use entropy weight method to determine the objective weight of each index;integrate the two to achieve the combination of subjective and obj ective,while retaining the expert opinion and the customer view,and improve the accuracy of the comprehensive evaluation.Then,the matter-element model of the safety index system of hydropower plant is established by extension method,and the safety evaluation of hydropower plant is transformed into the solution of the relationship between matter-element.According to the actual situation,the classical domain and the nodal domain are constructed,and the correlation degree between the safety index of hydropower plant and each evaluation grade is calculated by using the correlation function.The correlation degree and the comprehensive weight are combined to determine the safety grade of hydropower plant by the principle of maximum correlation degree,and then the bias is accurately described by using the characteristic value of variables.Finally,according to the index system and the selected theory and method,the safety evaluation of Taipingwan hydropower plant is carried out to verify the correctness and operability of this method.According to the evaluation results,we can find out the short board of the safety of the hydropower plant,arrange the maintenance plan and improve the management system,which is of guiding significance to improve the safety of the hydropower plant. |
