| The rapid development of domestic rural areas in recent years has benefited from the following two aspects:On the one hand,our country focuses more on its development by issuing various helpful policies;On the other hand,a trend of rural tourism is appearing among urban residents,since they are longing for the natural and simple living environment in rural areas.Based on this trend,this paper conducts out the research on the design and transformation of non-residential buildings in rural areas,so as to use current resources and promote the development of rural areas.Liukeng village,which locates at Le'an County,Fuzhou,Jiangxi Province,is taken as the transformation example in this paper.Meanwhile,its non-residential buildings are taken as the main transformation objects to explore the practical role of non-residential buildings transformation in the development of this ancient village by starting from the practical transformation method.First,it offers the design idea for the non-residential building transformation by sorting out and analyzing relevant domestic and foreign theories and practical experience of building transformation.Next,the current development situation of Liukeng village is analyzed by field investigation and project investigation.Simultaneously,its current advantages and dilemmas are also summarized from the various aspects,such as history,culture,custom and natural environment,etc.Based on it,this paper proposes corresponding effective principles and strategies.Finally,the design and transformation is formally carried out with part of its streets and buildings as the example.Combined with its natural environment,village style and cultural connotation,a rural tourism service space with the special ancient village's characteristics is designed.Therefore,it achieves success in offering valuable methods and basis for the development of ancient village tourism industry,the protection of the overall style and local architectural transformation research. |
