Research On The Application Of Luoyue Cultural Pattern In Rural Tourism Homestay

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward that "we should comprehensively implement the strategy of rural revitalization,strengthen the policy of supplementing agriculture with industry,and promote the formation of a new type of urban-rural relationship between industry and agriculture with mutual promotion,urban and rural complementarity,coordinated development,and common prosperity,so as to speed up the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.".Under the background of urban-rural integration,the combination of Luoyue cultural pattern and rural tourism B &B,based on Luoyue cultural pattern,enriches the cultural connotation of rural tourism B &B in Guangxi,which can promote the development of agriculture,culture and tourism industry,drive economic benefits and help rural revitalization.Under the influence of the international environment,outbound tourism turns to domestic tourism,and inter provincial tourism turns to peripheral tourism,resulting in the increase of domestic demand and driving the development of rural tourism B &B around the city.On the other hand,due to the attention from all walks of life to the B &B market,China’s relevant government policies have been issued one after another,trying to take tourism B &B as the starting point to drive the development of regional economy.Under this theme,as a carrier of regional culture,B &B is regardedas the main research subject of design,and the rural activation from the perspective of economics and sociology and the policy development from the perspective of management are regarded as the main driving and influencing factors to analyze its influence on the cultural continuation oriented transformation strategy of B &B.The full text is divided into four chapters,the first chapter describes the research background,purpose,research status at home and abroad,innovation and shortcomings,the second chapter is mainly to distinguish the basic concept,the third chapter research and analysis,to provide solutions for the study of this topic,the fourth chapter is the scheme design.Firstly,the paper distinguishes the concepts of rural tourism B &B,urban-rural integration and Luoyue cultural patterns,analyzes in detail why thecurrent situation appears in the development process,summarizes the existing problems of the three,and puts forward the corresponding solutions based on Luoyue cultural patterns.Secondly,this paper summarizes the development of B &B at home and abroad,and analyzes the correlation of factors.In the specific design of B &B,it summarizes the feasible and popularized design strategies from the aspects of space transformation strategy,traditional elements to create B &B atmosphere design strategy,continuation of local design,National expression in B &B.Finally,the design process,design principles and design strategies of rural tourism B &B are formed with the purpose of inheriting and developing regional culture and the means of protective utilization.
