High-voltage bushing is an important part of electrical equipment.It is generally used as an accessory to insulate the metal from high-voltage leads of electrical equipment such as reactors and transformers.Its insulation performance is directly related to the normal operation of the electrical equipment and the safety,stability and economic operation of the entire power grid.Therefore,it is very important to monitor the insulation state of HV bushing.In this paper,a low-cost method,which combines the technology of Internet of things and uses photoelectric sensor to detect the insulation performance of high-voltage bushing,is proposed,which provides a new solution for the discharge detection of high-voltage bushing.The work and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the theory and principle of the Internet of things technology and the high-voltage bushing discharge detection technology,compares various methods of discharge detection,and expounds how to combine the two organically for application.(2)According to the layered idea of the Internet of things,this paper introduces the networking scheme and completes the scheme design of the whole detection device.(3)Completed the discharge detection and peripheral circuit module based on R2868 ultraviolet light sensor,the IOT gateway module based on 8723 bu chip,EC20 chip,the main control module based on i.mx6 ul chip,PCB PCB,structure design,etc.(4)The system acquisition terminal based on the embedded Linux kernel migration,the writing and debugging of related peripheral drivers,the data acquisition and transmission application software design based on QT,the IOT gateway software design based on mqtt protocol,the cloud platform software design based on onenet,and the application layer software design based on C #.The test verifies the data collection and transmission function of the collection terminal,the data transfer function of the cloud platform,the data acquisition and display function of the application layer software in the high-voltage bushing discharge detection device based on the Internet of things technology,and verifies the real-time and correctness of the transmission data.The system can monitor the high-voltage bushing discharge status in real time,and through the Internet of things technology can The collected relevant data is transmitted to the cloud platform in a long distance,which realizes the data transmission between different network forms.The application layer software can obtain the relevant data on the cloud platform for display according to the agreed mqtt protocol,which realizes the remote monitoring of the high-pressure casing,which shows that the design of the device has a certain application prospect.
