The distribution network optimization and reconstruction technology is based on load forecast data,and the operation of obtaining the optimal distribution structure of the distribution network in the future through the reconstruction algorithm provides an important reference for power system dispatching..The distribution network optimization and reconstruction technology can reduce distribution network losses,increase node voltage,and improve power supply quality,thereby ensuring the safety and economy of power system operation.Therefore,it is of practical significance to research the optimization and reconstruction technology of the distribution network.The distribution network optimization and reconstruction technology is studied in this paper,which is performed by load forecasting model and distribution network reconstruction algorithm.In terms of the load prediction model,it is built on the basis of the extreme learning machine,which is optimized by the improved firework algorithm to solve the system instability problem of extreme learning machine due to the randomly generated input layer weights and hidden layer thresholds.The optimal input layer weights and hidden layer thresholds of the extreme learning machine are obtained by improving the optimization of the firework algorithm,which solves the stability problem of the extreme learning machine and improves the speed and accuracy of load prediction.The validity and practicability of the method in this paper are verified in the simulation experiment.In terms of the distribution network reconstruction algorithm,a distribution network reconstruction algorithm based on the improved fireworks algorithm is built.This algorithm is based on the improved firework algorithm and adds mapping rules suitable for distribution network reconstruction.The reconstruction algorithm is performed under the objective function of minimum distribution network loss,as well as under the demand of the distribution network switch status.The optimal operation structure of the distribution network is obtained by the algorithm.he simulation shows that after the reconstruction of the distribution network system,the network loss is significantly reduced,and the node voltage is significantly increased.Through comparison with other algorithms,the superiority of the improved fireworks algorithm in global optimization ability and optimization speed is verified.Finally,the distribution network optimization and reconstruction technology is applied in a central city distribution network example.The results show that the accuracy of distribution network load forecasting has been effectively improved through the distribution network optimization and reconstruction technology,which can meet the requirements of power system for load forecasting.The results also indicate that distribution network reconstruction algorithm can improve the operation structure and the power quality of the distribution network.From the application results,it can be seen that the distribution network optimization and reconstruction technology meet the requirements of the power system and has practicability.
