Research On Quality Evaluation Of Highway Daily Maintenance In Jiangxi Province

With the rapid development of highway in our country,the quality of highway daily maintenance determines the performance and service life of highways.Highway daily maintenance quality is the foundation and key of highway maintenance quality management.The lack of daily maintenance and management leads to problems of highway diseases becoming more and more obvious,and the continuous degradation of highway performance finally affect its service capacity.It is particularly important to study the quality evaluation of highway daily maintenance in Jiangxi Province,establish a quality evaluation and assessment system with clear responsibilities and rights,which will guide the highway daily maintenance decision and planning in the future and it is of great significance to comprehensively improve the maintenance quality level of highway sections in Jiangxi Pro vince.This paper based on the research of highway maintenance quality management and quality evaluation at home and abroad,expounds the relevant theories of highway daily maintenance quality,and taking Jiangxi Province highway daily maintenance as an example,the main influencing factors of highway daily maintenance quality are analyzed.Using Delphi method and AHP to select the evaluation indexes which can directly reflect the quality of highway daily maintenance projects in Jiangxi Province from seven aspects:pavement,subgrade,bridge and culvert,tunnel,greening,traffic safety facilities and daily maintenance management,and establish the comprehensive evaluation system of highway daily maintenance projects quality in Jiangxi Province.At the same time,the deduction standard and evaluation grade were defined.The quality evaluation process,evaluation standard and evaluation result ranking method are explained,and the highway daily maintenance project of JX maintenance institute in Jiangxi Province is taken as an example to verify the comprehensive evaluation model of highway daily maintenance quality.The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the analysis of evaluation results which can provide scientific basis for the daily maintenance work plan and decision in the future.The innovation of the thesis and the characteristic is:combining the reality of the highway daily maintenance,using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to screen the simple,easy and suitable index for highway maintenance quality evaluation.So as to provides a new method of evaluation for Jiangxi Province highway daily maintenance quality.This paper complements the evaluation system of highway daily maintenance quality which fills in the blank of the research field of highway daily maintenance quality in Jiangxi Province.And has important practical significance to the improvement of highway daily maintenance quality in Jiangxi Province,so as to provide reference for the establishment of highway maintenance quality evaluation system in other areas.
