A Study On Quality Improvement Strategy Of Highway Maintenance Engineering

The improvement of highway maintenance management science and technology,especially the improvement of maintenance quality management,can effectively prolong the service life of highway,reduce the long-term investment of highway,reduce the consumption of resources and energy,and fully improve the efficiency of road network.Trunk highway is a carrier of national economic development and social material circulation.The success or failure of maintenance and management work will directly reflect the quality of our daily use.Daily maintenance management is very important.How to ensure the smooth,clean,green and beautiful trunk highway,realize the safe and smooth access,the economic benefit road and the service target of the tourist sightseeing road will involve a series of problems,such as the control of funds,the management of personnel,the synchronous planning of equipment,whether the scientific maintenance can be achieved,whether it can be completed safely,efficiently,high-quality and low-cost.The maintenance task is crucial.Therefore,standardized maintenance management will become an inevitable trend of trunk highway management in twenty-first Century.At the same time,only through standardized maintenance quality management means,improve the overall level of maintenance quality management,fundamentally do a good job in the maintenance of trunk highway.This research takes the strategy of improving the quality of highway maintenance project as the research subject,and takes P highway as a case to study.On the basis of combing the related concepts of highway,highway maintenance,quality and maintenance quality,this paper combs the general situation of highway maintenance in China,and analyzes the current situation of highway maintenance project quality management in China.The related situations of P highway and the maintenance works of P highway are introduced.By means of questionnaire design,data collection,data analysis and Pareto diagram drawing,the key problems of P highway maintenance engineering quality are found out,and the causes of these key problems are analyzed by using fish bone diagram method.In the study of upgrading strategy of P highway maintenance project based on PDCA cycle,the feasibility and necessity of using PDCA cycle to improve the quality of P highway maintenance project are introduced firstly,then the process of improving the quality of P highway maintenance project based on PDCA cycle is analyzed,and finally the effect of improving the quality of P highway maintenance project based on PDCA cycle is sorted out.
