Power system equipment maintenance is the key factor to ensure the healthy operation of power grid.The utilization efficiency,accident frequency and overall service life of primary equipment operation are the direct criteria to measure the overall development status of power enterprises.At present,all aspects of our society are in a period of rapid development,of which the most important economic construction and the depth of infrastructure development depend on the strong protection of power grid equipment.With the development of social productivity and people’s higher pursuit of a better life,it means that the development of all walks of life has put forward higher requirements for the safe and stable operation of power system.On this basis,the quality and reliability of power supply need to be guaranteed.Generally speaking,the emergence of condition-based maintenance system of power system equipment is not only to meet the needs of the times,but also to better serve the development of society.On the basis of detailed analysis of the background,significance and research status of the subject,this paper summarizes the common faults of transformers,circuit breakers,switchgear,GIS and other primary equipment,introduces the application of three kinds of electrical equipment maintenance modes,i.e.,ex post-mortem maintenance,periodic maintenance and condition-based maintenance,and compares their advantages and disadvantages.Then,on the basis of collecting and inquiring the current equipment condition-based maintenance work standards and technical standards of power grid,the application situation of transmission,transformation and distribution equipment in operation in Jiangxi Province is summarized,and the reasons for equipment failure and outage are analyzed.Finally,the maintenance principles of SF6 gas infrared imaging detection technology,dissolved gas condition maintenance technology in oil and high frequency,ultra-high frequency and ultrasonic partial discharge condition detection and repair technology are elaborated respectively.The concrete implementation schemes of these five condition maintenance technologies are discussed,and one time for several important electric power systems in today’s power system is given.Examples are given of the application of condition-based maintenance technology,such as on-line monitoring of dissolved gases in oil used in transformer condition-based maintenance,ultrasonic partial discharge monitoring technology,UHF partial discharge detection,SF6 gas infrared imaging detection technology commonly used in condition-based maintenance of GIS and HGIS circuit breaker equipment,and mutual inductance.The application of ultrasonic partial discharge monitoring technology related to condition maintenance of arrester and arrester equipment and on-line monitoring technology of arrester leakage current.
