| According to the survey,with the acceleration of urban development,the demand for the quantity and quality of electricity used by households in urban communities has gradually increased,and the demand for the construction of microgrids in urban areas will increase,which directly affects people’s quality of life and the level of urban development.The National Energy Administration’s "Twelfth Five-Year Plan for National Energy Technology" plans the steps and implementation plans for the development of smart grids in China.The microgrids in urban areas will be tested and demonstrated as the main application targets.Existing research shows that under the current economic situation and policy environment,the self-preparation work of urban microgrids already has a realistic basis: residents’ economic income continues to increase,and environmental awareness and awareness of energy conservation and emission reduction have gradually improved.Therefore,certain conditions and Ability to carry out independent preparation;at the same time,there are many guidelines in China that fully mobilize public enthusiasm,actively participate in energy conservation and emission reduction,and promote diversified financing.This paper selects the micro-grid construction project of my country’s urban smart community as the research object,studies the efficiency and effect of the self-preparation of the micro-grid project of the smart community,and then puts forward reasonable suggestions.The public goods game theory is closely combined with the specific practical problems of the current self-preparation of the micro-grid construction projects in smart communities.Taking the solution of the project’s financial difficulties as a direct drive problem,from the perspective of the fairness and efficiency of the independent supply of public goods,the use of simulation The evolution process explores the mechanism and characteristics of the autonomous community micro-grid residents’ autonomous preparation under the current situation.In the research process,this paper fully considers the group heterogeneity,divides the investment subjects into three types of decision-making subjects: reciprocators,savvy persons,and free riders,and models their investment behavior strategies.Considering that the level of technology and other reasons will cause different future benefits of the project,Swarm simulation software was used to simulate and analyze the impact of the yield rate of the micro-grid construction project of the smart community on the behavior decision of the main body,paying special attention to and in-depth analysis of the different project yields on the free rider behavior And the total contribution level of the group,and then under a certain project rate of return,construct a project total income distribution model,and by changing the income distribution ratio as a reward and punishment measure,study the impact of income differences on the main investment behavior.Finally,in view of the collective action problem of the self-financing construction of the micro-grid residents in the smart community in reality,it provides city managers and project designers with scientifically feasible theoretical basis and suggested countermeasures. |
